So many people equate Christianity with far-right American politics, that they don't see anything else (and they even tend to think if you're Christian you are far right politically). If one reads what Christ said, instead of what some who claim to follow Christ say and do, it's easy to see the difference. One comes to wonder if the example of false followers is the real reason for not following Christ, or if it's just a convenient cover for simply not wanting Christ in one's life (it's always easy to deflect and makes excuses). Anyway, very cool. Your work must be hard, and hopefully rewarding at times too; please share anything you want about that in the forums here. The Lord bless you!
